Hi, I’m Victoria

After growing up in the ski resort town of Bozeman, Montana, I studied Management Information Systems at the University of Montana.

Leaving the cold, snowy winters behind, I spent eight years in Orange County, California as an Advisory Management Consultant at KPMG and EY. 

In 2017, I became an executive coach because I believe in the transformative power of awareness and choice.

When I’m not coaching individuals or working with groups, I can be found strength training, reading, skiing, biking, or hiking in the beautiful Rocky Mountains with my partner, Zach, and our nine-year-old German Shepherd, Krieger, who still thinks he’s a puppy.
